Arrow, the hit Warner Bros. TV series, follows billionaire playboy Oliver Queen as, after being stranded on a hostile island for five years, he returns home determined to right the wrongs in Starling City by adopting the guise of the vigilante Arrow. The Dossier collates the intelligence Oliver has uncovered on nefarious business dealings and criminal activity in Starling City, with "eyes only" records on his alter-ego Arrow, including weapon schematics.
