Free delivery throughout the Republic of Macedonia for orders over 1500 den. via DHL Express.

Estimation of delivery time

After sending the order through the online store, it takes 2 to 5 working days for the delivery of the goods.

Return of goods

The Return of Goods option is used only in the case of a complaint. If the goods are paid with a payment card online, DTU AKADEMSKA KNIGA DOOEL Skopje is obliged to return the funds exclusively through the VISA MAESTRO payment method.

Conditions for complaint

Complaints can be submitted in case the delivered product is damaged, incomplete, or does not correspond to the specification of the order.
